Andrew V. Howard

Andrew V. Howard is a Dallas native. His main practice is business planning, estate planning, and asset protection. Mr. Howard also has a background in business and insurance negotiation, and litigation. His practice has included construction issues as well as family and criminal matters.

Mr. Howard has an extensive background in sales, marketing, training and strategic business planning. After earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Dallas, he earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from Regent University. Mr Howard became Vice President of Marketing for an international direct sales company. While a Board Member, Mr. Howard produced and directed all of the company seminars and conventions. He also produced and directed numerous training, motivational and inspirational audio and video programs for the company.

Mr. Howard earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Regent University School of Law, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and was admitted to the Texas bar in 1995. Mr. Howard served for five years as Vice President and General Counsel of Royal BodyCare, Inc. He also served as a member of the Direct Sales Association Lawyers Council and Internet Task Force.

Mr. Howard has been married to his lovely wife, Cynthia, since 1983, and they have three beautiful children. He and his family are active members of Fellowship Church.
