Bradley L. Bolinger is a well known Attorney and CPA in the Collin, Dallas and Denton county areas and continually advises families and their businesses throughout Texas, California, the East Coast, and London. Mr. Bolinger has counseled hundreds of seniors on how to minimize and even eliminate their estate tax and reduce income taxes up to 39%. His counsel and assistance have saved them over $100 Million in estate and income taxes. Mr. Bolinger has focused his practice on estate and tax planning (e.g., wills, trusts, family limited partnerships and charitable planned giving) to help families avoid the most common estate planning mistakes while protecting their assets through retirement and for their loved ones. Brad is a gifted communicator and has conducted over 200 presentations across the region on topics including Zero Estate Tax Planning, Estate Planning Updates for the Wise, Family Wealth Preservation, and Tax Smart Retirement Planning. In 1985, Mr. Bolinger started his professional career with Price Waterhouse, a "Big Eight" accounting firm, prior to graduating from Georgetown University Law Center with an advanced law degree in Securities and Financial Regulation. Additionally, he has helped individuals in preparing and filing various tax and other legal documents with the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission and other governmental entities, including foreign agencies dealing with off-shore accounts. Brad and his wife Virginia have two children and live in Frisco, Texas. Mr. Bolinger is a member of the State Bar of Texas licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. He is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar licensed by the DC Court of Appeals.
