Kimberly W. Atwell
Kimberly W. Atwell focuses her practice on estate planning and probate matters. Prior to joining Bolinger and Hogue, LLP, she maintained a solo estate planning practice. During that time, she gave presentations to financial planners and other professionals to educate them on the subject of estate planning. Ms. Atwell also has a litigation background, and has worked extensively in the areas of business litigation, securities arbitration, and personal injury. In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Texas, she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Ms. Atwell graduated from Baylor University in 1987. During her undergraduate studies, she was named to the Dean’s Distinguished List and the Dean’s List. She received her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1990, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and participated in the Moot Court Competition. Ms. Atwell is married to Stuart C. Atwell, who is also an attorney. They have three children: Alexander, Evie, and Gracie. The Atwells are active members of First United Methodist Church of Plano.
